sqwookOne of my $winterholiday gifts to my mom was to spend a day and clean/sort in my old bedroom. (It's become much crazier since I moved out, since it also holds remnants from both grandparents' houses. Plus my mom is not good at letting go. My sister and I have been trained by HGTV & Style, so we know how to be both understanding and firm about getting stuff out the door.) So, today we cleared out:
4 boxes of paper recycling
3 boxes of books to donate to the library
3 huge bags of garbage
4 boxes of stuff to donate
4 boxes of stuff I need to go through in more detail (eek!)
Also, my mom has millions of photos, and that may not be an exagerration. That was *not* a project for today, however. ;)
