Things that make me happy today

* finishing a book while snuggled under a fuzzy blanket.
* yummy breakfast
* clean kitchen counters. (Yes, the fondue forks from new year's have finally been hand-washed! small victories, folks.)
* new winter tree candle that jolts me each time I sit down to my desk with the thought, 'what smells like the forest?'
* Natalie Imbruglia's "Left of the Middle" album
* A mind-bending photo of a grass in bloom. Seriously amazing.
* I have on order bottles of Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab's The Snow Maiden, The First Soft Snow, & Faunalia, all of which I super-love for their naturey-goodness.
* I picked up Linda Hogan's Dwellings: A Spiritual History of the Living World at the Stewardship Network conference, and it looks pretty fantastic. (And the cover pairs a luminescent living blue-green with a bright earthy red - my favorite color combination.)
