You can help a fantastic indie musician
Dec. 31st, 2008 04:08 pmS. J. Tucker is a fantastic musician. And beautiful. Did I mention beautiful? And awesome, big-hearted, and authentic? Here's the thing, though: she needs your help.
She spent the holidays in the hospital with an as-yet-undetermined emergency condition. As a modern-day traveling bard, she doesn't have insurance. Her bills, so far, are reaching $25,000-$30,000. But you can help. And it's easy and won't cost you a fortune, and the universe (and I) will thank you.
I've made a gift, and I will be ordering some CDs for a couple folks who I think would like them. I hope you'll do your part, too.
( Here's all the details and links on how you can help )
ETA: If you order some CDs for yourself or friends, you'll get great music at a discounted price of only $10 per CD, and it will help immensely. Great new music for cheap! Who can beat that?! Here's the link to her music, if you'd like to listen before you buy:

Which albums might you like the best? Hmm... good question. Blessings is my favorite overall album, and my favorite songs are on Sirens and Tangles, so those are my top three recommendations. Note that some of the other albums contain audio-book readings, which is a format that drives me bonkers when I'm trying to listen to music, so take note of that if it's a concern for you. Here's a great mini description of each of the albums:
