Reset your panic button

From a friend of a friend...

"With all the crap going down, and all the real Bad Stuff happening, it is often necessary to reset our 'panic button'. It is always good to be vigilant, but not good to let the media stir us up into a surrender-our-rights sort of fear frenzy."

To paraphrase Herbert: I can let the fear pass through me. Only I will remain.
