latest favorite recipe: Paella

Oil
1 lb chicken
1 lb chorizo
---
1 onion
3 tomatoes diced (or 1 can)
---
2 cups (or is it 4?) hot broth or bouillon
saffron
2 cups rice
1 can beans
1/2 lb shrimp, deveined
---
Heat oil & cook chicken & chorizo (may take two batches unless you have a massive pan.) Remove from pan & set aside.
Add onion & tomato to pan and cook for awhile.
Add the last batch of ingredients in order, stirring, and then... wait until the rice is done, not stirring.
Voila!
