Festival starts Saturday, so expect to hear even less (is that possible?) from B & I over the next seven weeks.
What will be different about this year:
-Instead of relying on this income, we have made the decision to simply break even. Hopefully this will alleviate $ worries.
-We have painted the trim for the booth a CRAZY shade of super-bright blue. Visibility - YES!
-New costumes. Yay!
-I plan to make some new pants for B. This would be - I believe - the first stuff I've made for him.
-No new etched glass this year, since our air compressor was stolen. So we're only selling out the incense-burning-bottles that we have. If you secretly always wanted one, tell us very very soon.
-B's mom is giving us some GORGEOUS burned-velvet scarves to decorate the booth. They are from her goddess line, and they are super-fantastic. (They work even better, in my opinion, as wall hangings or table runners, as the velvet is a bit much for my everyday wardrobe.)
-Maybe more but it's time to go to BED!
