Apr. 27th, 2007 02:58 pmGood chocolate is fantastic, and bad chocolate is so icky. (Hershey, may I ask? What are you trying to pull?) Some fave chocolates of the moment:
-Ghirardelli dark citrus sunset
-Lindt creme brulee (milk chocolate- I can't believe I like this, but I do)
-Endangered species cholocate key lime (actually undecided on this because it is so odd to my palate)
-Dagoba dark with mint and rosemary - not too minty, just how I had hoped
PIne nuts: from the co-op (Ypsi), apparently from China (or does "chinese" refer to the variety of tree whence they came? anyway-), perfectly fine. From Arizona from the back of some guy's truck, totally awesome. Must stock up - these taste like the desert, in whatever ways that is a compliment. Only one is needed.
Favorite sqwook & Mr. sqwook salad - greens & herbs w/very little raspberry vinaigrette, plus walnuts, gorgonzola, and cherries or cranberries.
